My year is at an end...

Well, this will be my last blog as Miss Ohio International 2009! My year has come to and end and there is a new Miss Ohio International 2010! Congrats to her!! Good Luck at nationals!

My year has been an interesting one...as some of you know! ;) My family and friends are a true blessing and I thank God for them everyday! I don't know what I would have done with out them!!

My sister queens, Jessie (Miss Teen International) and Lindsay (Mrs. Ohio International), you ladies are AMAZING!!! I'm so glad I got to know you and became friends, I love you both very much!!! Keep up the great work you both are doing for the world...I know great things are still to come in your future!

Vicki and Andy LeVeck....Thank You for your endless support and encouragement, I don't know how I would have survived nationals with you!!!! I love you very much!!!

Ryan....we have had so many good times and I know there are so many good times to come!!! I truly think pageants are addicting!! :)

Mom...you are great! I have gone through so much this past year and you have been right by my side through it all....THANK YOU!!!! I couldn't ask for a better support system!!! I LOVE YOU SOOOOOO MUCH!!!!

I know God has bigger and better things ahead for me...and I can't wait to experience everything!!! Thank you all for your support and following my blog! :)

National American Miss Nationals!

Hey everyone!!! I know its been a looong time since I have written, but I have been busy finishing up school with studying for exams and writing 8 page research papers!! ug! But my wonderful mom and I was giving the opportunity to judge the national pageant for National American Miss, the biggest pageant in the world!!!! I am so blessed to be apart of the NAM family!! The age range for the pageant is 4-20 and it's divided into 6 divisions. For more info. about NAM and state pageants, visit http://www.namiss.com/! We were there for 11 days of sunny skies and 78 degrees!! :) I know I know...why did I come back?! lol We went to Disney before we left and it was great!! The little kid came out in me!! It was a great trip with amazing people and friends that I only get to see once a year!! I can't wait to see everyone next summer!!

Autisum Walk 2009

Good afternoon!!! I was in Columbus yesterday...Go Buckeyes!..for the Autism Walk 2009 for my dear friend Key. Her daughter, Ca-Nefer, has autisum. It was a chilly day, but sunny and beautiful! Key is a wonderful person with an amazing family! My mom and brother went down with me to walk for Ca-Nefer! There were thousands of people to support and raise awarness for autisum! American Diabete Association's: Step Out

Hey ya'll!! Sunday morning I was up bright and early to help out at the Step Out fundraiser at UTMC (Univeristy of Toledo Medical College). It was a cold Sunday morning and I had to be there at 7am!! I helped pass out tshirts if they walkers/runners rised $125. Let me tell you..we were down to only a few tshirts when registration closed...which is AWESOME!!! :) They even had a dog contest.

I had a great time at the walk and made some amazing connections!! :) I'll be in Columbus this Sunday for the Autism walk! :) Have a great week!

Rouche De Bouf

Good Afternoon! I was asked to be in the Rouche De Bouf parade in Waterville, Ohio this past Saturday! I even got to set up a tent to tell people and educate others about the JDRF!!! I was so excited to receive donations too! It was a great festival with a bunch of food vendors, play stuff for the kids, and arts & crafty stuff! :) I misted a little bit, but other then that it was a awesome day!
This awesome 2010 Ford Mustang was my ride!! I wanted to take it home with me! :) And..yes that is a fire truck behind me and every time they would put the siren on or blow the horn it was scare me! haha Did I mention this car was AWESOME!!! haha
I'll be in Columbus for the Autism Walk and Toledo for the American Diabetes Association Walk...keep on checking in! :)

Catan Fashions Fundraiser

Hey everyone!! I got to put my modeling shoes on!! :) I was asked to be in the Catan Fashions Fundraiser Fashion Show to help raise money for Syliva Jenson. She runs the Miss Greater Cleveland and Miss Cuyahoga County Scholarship pageant, both prelims to Miss Ohio America! I was fortunate to model some BEAUTIFUL Tony Bowls gowns! :) I had to much fun with all the girl! Miss Ohio was there...and she has a gorgeous singing voice! She will make us proud at Miss America!!!

JDRF Walk To Cure Diabetes 09

Hey everyone!!! I had an AMAZING morning today. I volunteered and even got to help with the ribbon cutting at the 2009 JDRF Walk To Cure Diabetes!!! It was great to see so many support systems for the kids who live with Type 1 diabetes!! I know we will find a cure one day...and I know it's close!! :) I have a lot of pics from today, so here are some of the high lights...
